【 Principle and Structure 】:
When the vibrating fluidized bed dryer is used, the vibration motor generates excitation force to make the machine vibrate. The material jumps forward under the action of the excitation force in this given direction. At the same time, the hot air input from the bottom of the bed makes the material in a fluidized state, and the material particles are fully in contact with the hot air, thus achieving the ideal drying effect. The material enters from the material inlet, and the material on the vibrating groove is in orthogonal contact with the hot air flowing into the lower part of the vibrating groove for heat transfer. The humid air is led out by the induced draft, and the dry material is discharged from the discharge outlet.

3. The thickness of the material layer and the speed and amplitude of movement inside the machine can be infinitely adjusted, with good adjustability and a wide range of speed applications.
4. The material has minimal surface damage and can be used for drying fragile materials. It can also be used when the material particles are irregular without affecting the effect.
5. Adopting a fully enclosed structure effectively prevents cross contamination between materials and the outside world, resulting in a clean environment and improved working conditions.
